Position Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Services team at our Oklahoma facility. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing accurate information, resolving complex issues, and ensuring every member receives the support they need in a friendly and efficient manner.
This position is based out of our office in Oklahoma and requires candidates to work on-site. While we understand the appeal of remote work, our current operations necessitate an in-person presence to ensure seamless collaboration and the highest quality of service for our members. Shifts will be scheduled with consideration for work-life balance, with start times no earlier than 12:45 PM following the scheduling process.
Key Responsibilities
As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling High Volume Communications: Respond to a substantial volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chat conversations with professionalism, patience, and empathy. Each interaction is an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with members.
- Assessing Member Needs: Quickly identify the unique needs of each member and provide appropriate solutions. This includes answering general questions about arenaflex.com, membership benefits, product information, and policy details.
- Troubleshooting Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve challenging situations related to online orders, shipping tracking, delivery discrepancies, and account access problems. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Processing Transactions and Adjustments: Evaluate member situations and offer appropriate compensations or adjustments as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining member satisfaction.
- Acting as Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between arenaflex.com members, vendors, purchasing teams, and operations staff. Communicate effectively to coordinate solutions and ensure seamless member experiences.
- Multi-Tasking with Technology: Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously across different screens while actively engaging with members on calls or chats. Proficiency with our internal systems is essential for success.
- Documenting Interactions: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, issues resolved, and actions taken to ensure continuity of service and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously is essential. You must be comfortable learning new software and adapting to technological updates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You must be able to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically. A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
