What You'll Do
As an Analyst, Leisure Products at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting and leading initiatives that directly impact our bottom line and customer satisfaction. Your work will span across pricing strategy, product development, performance monitoring, and competitive analysis. Here's a detailed breakdown of your key responsibilities:
Pricing Management
- Lead pricing strategy including mark-ups, discounts, and promotional pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning in the market
- Develop and refine current and new pricing models that balance profitability with customer value proposition
- Monitor pricing performance across all leisure product lines and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, demand patterns, and competitive landscape
- Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across all distribution channels and partner systems
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for all leisure products, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Create, support, and maintain the Product Development reporting suite to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms to monitor product performance in real-time
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive management
Market Intelligence & Research
- Produce detailed competitive research using multiple sources to inform strategic direction and pricing decisions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as requested by management to address strategic questions and opportunities
- Stay current with industry best practices and innovative approaches in pricing and product management
Product Development Support
- Support and lead new product initiatives to maximize net revenue and expand the leisure product portfolio
- Work closely with product development teams to bring new offerings from concept to launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partner relationships, including daily coordination with our rental car partners
- Establish and nurture trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure product success
Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate a relentless focus on improving processes, products, and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis workflows

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, pricing, product management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or product analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL Server, Power BI, Python, or R
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work
