Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead our Retail Strategic Health Analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development & Predictive Modeling: Design, develop, and deploy advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess various business scenarios and forecast future outcomes. • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform comprehensive analyses of both structured and unstructured data to solve multifaceted business problems. Utilize advanced statistical techniques, mathematical analyses, and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Business Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with business partners across departments to understand their unique challenges and objectives. Develop predictive modeling solutions, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics that align with strategic goals.
• Presentation & Consultation: Develop and deliver presentations and consultations to present and potential stakeholders on analytics results and solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in clear, compelling terms.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant analytic experience in a professional setting
