About the Role: Customer Relationship Advocate

As a Customer Relationship Advocate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a variety-filled experience where you'll have dedicated time to focus on growth, career development, and personal renewal while supporting our customers by taking inbound calls. This role is perfect for individuals who are curious, passionate about helping others, and eager to build a career in the thriving financial services sector.

You don't need a finance background or college degree to succeed in this role – we'll provide all the training, resources, and support you need to thrive. If you're interested in financial services and want a career where you can make a difference, this might be the right opportunity for you!

What to Expect: Your Journey at arenaflex

As a new Customer Relationship Advocate, you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences that will set you up for long-term success. Here's what your journey will look like:

Phase 1: Training and Licensing (First 4 Months)

Prepare to become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Don't worry – this is fully paid for and sponsored by arenaflex! This includes:


  • Paid, on-the-job study time – You won't have to sacrifice your income while learning

  • Readily available resources – Take advantage of licensing coaches, group workshops, and comprehensive study materials

  • Individualized pacing – Study at a pace that works for you, with dedicated support every step of the way

  • Challenging but achievable – These exams can be challenging, but we're here to help you succeed!

Phase 2: Building Your Skills (Months 5-12)

Once you've obtained your licenses, you'll begin taking customer calls with increasing complexity over time. You'll have the opportunity to:


  • Assist clients with account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and resource identification

  • Place trades and handle various financial transactions

  • Develop and hone your customer service skills in a supportive environment

  • Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel through our career center, networking opportunities, online classes, and more!

Phase 3: Growing Your Career (Year 2 and Beyond)

As you gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, you'll get more variety in your work week by spending time building advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you. Career mobility opportunities await those who are ready to take the next step!

The Skills You Bring

We're looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow. While no prior finance experience is required, the ideal candidate will bring:


  • Communication Skills: Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication

  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services is preferred, but not required

  • Passion for Financial Services: A strong interest in learning about the financial services industry

Certifications You'll Earn

You will be given paid time and support to obtain the following industry-recognized certifications:
