As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in promoting arenaflex's products and services to direct consumers through live chat and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality customer relationships, identifying travel needs, and making recommendations to meet customer expectations. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Promote arenaflex's products and services to direct consumers through live chat and phone interactions
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying customer needs and expectations
- Identify travel needs and make recommendations to meet customer expectations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers
- Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends and opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex's products
- Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training to ensure accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
- Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Cruise sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
- Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
- Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required

- Fluency in any language other than English
- Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
- Ability to work in a remote environment

- *Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
- Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws

- *Schedule**
- 8-hour shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Overnight shift
- You will be given one of the following 5-day/9-hour schedules: + M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST+ M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST+ M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST+ M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm+ M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm
- You must be available to any possible schedule, and you will be assigned an open schedule based on the needs of the company.
