As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand planning strategies that drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and in the right places.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand planning strategies
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely demand plans, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
• Identify and mitigate risks, such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply chain disruptions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing complex demand planning processes and driving business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with demand planning software, such as Anaplan or SAP, is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of FMCG/Retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field is highly desirable
