This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess exceptional analytical abilities, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. In this role, you'll be the frontline champion for employee experiences, ensuring that every interaction with our HR systems and services is seamless, accurate, and positive.

At arenaflex, we believe that great content starts with great people – and great people need outstanding support. That's where you come in. You'll be working within our HR Shared Services function, serving as the primary point of contact for all human resources inquiries ranging from initial requests through complete fulfillment. Your work will directly impact our employees' day-to-day experience, making this role both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our most valuable asset – our people data. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Data Integrity & Management: Ensure the accuracy of employee records through meticulous management of employee systems and processes. You'll be the guardian of our HR data, implementing best practices for data validation, entry standards, and quality assurance protocols that keep our Workday environment running flawlessly.

  • System Optimization: You'll help with applications that reach all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly so our employees can focus on doing the best work of their lives. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that enhance user experience.

  • Innovation & Automation: One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the opportunity to research new tools and techniques that can be applied to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization. You'll be encouraged to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Knowledge Base Development: Help create, write, and manage our comprehensive HR knowledge base for all personnel. This includes developing user-friendly guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources that empower employees to find answers independently.

  • Employee Services Lifecycle: Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services spanning the entire employee lifecycle – from pre-hire onboarding processes through offboarding procedures. You'll ensure every touchpoint is efficient and user-centric.

  • System Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality. You'll analyze and report results, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to maintain the highest data quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with our local and regional talent groups to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner. Your relationship-building skills will be crucial in creating seamless cross-functional partnerships.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who bring a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and interpersonal skills. While we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:

  • Workday HCM Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency with the Workday Human Capital Management tool is essential. You should be comfortable navigating Workday's core functionalities, performing transactions, and troubleshooting common issues.

  • Data Upload Proficiency: Experience with Mass Uploads (EIB – Enterprise Interface Builder) is required. You should understand data mapping, transformation rules, and error handling in bulk data operations.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.

  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating pivot tables, and generating meaningful insights from raw data.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others. You should be patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to every employee you interact with.

  • Thriving in Fast-Paced Environments: Strong interest in working with details and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and methodologies to resolve complex problems. You should be methodical in your approach and persistent in finding solutions.

  • Educational Background: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. We value real-world experience and transferable skills just as much as formal education.
