  • *Role Description**

As a Full Stack Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for driving the development of digital customer experiences that integrate seamlessly into an omni-channel ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ideating and delivering digital-first experiences that meet customer needs and promote business efficiency
  • Collaborating with product managers, customer care, IT, finance, and marketing to translate customer needs into initiatives that drive customer success and business growth
  • Defining opportunities and measures of success for identified concepts and partnering with technology teams to develop them
  • Prioritizing and constructing business cases that secure funding
  • Managing product roadmaps by optimizing customer and business value
  • Defining solutions and features via Epic and Capability level user stories to clearly articulate expectations to delivery teams
  • Developing strategies and quantifying the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets
  • Evaluating the potential impact of changes and reporting out forecasts that affect the industry
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • **MBA or relevant degree**: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • **Digital product management experience**: Experience in digital product management, including web, virtual assistance, app, social messaging, asynchronous/synchronous chat, IVR, and other digital channels.
  • **Business strategy and analysis**: Proficiency in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • **Business case preparation and presentation**: Ability to prepare and present business cases for new products/services.
  • **Leadership and influence**: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and persuade others.
  • **Interpersonal and communication skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • **Financial analysis, competitive analysis, and predictive modeling**: Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, competitive analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • **Cross-functional collaboration**: Track record of working cross-functionally to deliver large-scale initiatives.
  • **Technical background**: Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and web technologies.
  • *Requirements**

In addition to the qualifications above, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • **Full product life cycle management**: Demonstrated experience with full product life cycle management.
  • **Customer journey mapping techniques**: Working knowledge of customer journey mapping techniques.
  • **Technical skills**: Proficient in Google Analytics, Jira Align, Scaled Agile Framework, PowerBI, Quantum Metric, and other relevant tools.
  • **Voice of the customer (VoC) survey applications**: Working knowledge of voice of the customer (VoC) survey applications, such as Qualtrics and Medallia.
  • **Executive level presentations**: Proficient in building executive level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
