We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Platform Manager to lead the development of our investigation experience at arenaflex. Your primary goal will be to streamline and accelerate data experience at arenaflex, providing top-tier experiences to our engineers, data scientists, AI professionals, and business users. You'll be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our data development experience, remote analysis environments, Jupyter notebooks, data visualization, and business intelligence tools used by technical and non-technical teams at arenaflex.

Your focus will be on delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for our clients who want to use our investigation stage to achieve their work. You'll lead the vision and methodology for our data advancement experience, remote analysis environments, Jupyter notebooks, data visualization, and business intelligence tools used by technical and non-technical teams at arenaflex. Examples of the types of opportunities you could tackle include developing a consistent end-to-end managed ETL stage to reduce touch and work for our clients, enabling semantic modeling at scale to improve self-service data analysis for multiple arenaflex organizations, and integrating the data investigation stage with AI workflows. The impact and scope of this role are significant. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and driving an overarching product strategy and prioritization across them.

  • *How You Will Respond**
  • Deeply understand client needs, product analysis, and industry advancements to drive the product vision and strategy, increasing business and client influence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and engineering teams to define and align on vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Develop product roadmaps in conjunction with key product and engineering teams that execute on product vision and strategy and inform our engineering teams of what issues need to be addressed.
  • Foster a data-driven culture that supports experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product success.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, influence their direction, and lead comprehensive buy versus build analysis to align with cutting-edge solutions, enabling return on investment-based decisions.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment with arenaflex engineers, establishing continuous feedback loops to ensure we address the right issues and drive maximum impact for arenaflex.
  • Demonstrate vigorous critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and using data and intuition to make critical decisions despite uncertainty and complexity.
  • Ensure data-driven product development that addresses the product lifecycle and adoption experience.
  • Assist in advancing our client engagement model, communication approach, prioritization, and planning/roadmapping practices.
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager with at least 3+ years of space experience in data analysis platforms, data analysis experience, or ML platforms.
  • Demonstrated history of managing and growing an product portfolio or potentially driving product vision and strategy.
  • A strong mix of technical depth and domain expertise with a client-centered mindset.
  • Shown interest and experience in at least one of the following technologies: Process engines (Flink, Trino), ETL platforms, Jupyter notebooks, and BI tools.
  • Key thought leader who can connect client use cases to technology solutions and think comprehensively about the end-to-end experience.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of larger and smaller bets while balancing short-term objectives and long-term vision.
  • Comfortable applying a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques to define success.
  • Use product intuition and judgment to tackle problems and make decisions without perfect data.
  • Voracious learner interested in new areas, staying up-to-date with industry advancements, and continually asking "why."
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; timely communication with clear expectations.
