As a Staff Item Director on our InHome team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the customer experience strategy for our innovative grocery delivery service. You will work closely with our client success team and cross-functional partners to gather insights and drive initiatives that will keep our customer satisfaction scores high.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Staff Item Director on our InHome team, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the customer experience strategy for our InHome service
  • Collaborating with our client success team and cross-functional partners to gather insights and drive initiatives
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and implementing product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Leading client research and translating customer needs into business requirements
  • Acting as a friendly and supportive advocate for our customers and their concerns
  • Launching new features and products on time and with high quality, including testing and QA
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, design, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Expertise in product management for customer experience, from conception to launch
  • Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A graduate degree in software engineering, design, business, or a related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably working on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Experience with comprehensive digital experiences, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA principles, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with openness best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that meet Walmart's accessibility guidelines and rules
