Position Overview
We are currently recruiting motivated individuals for full-time remote Customer Experience Specialist positions. This role involves providing comprehensive support to customers via phone, chat, and email from your home office. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, welcoming support to all customers, maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Reservation Management: Handle all aspects of booking, ticketing, and check-in processes using our automated retail systems. This includes creating new reservations, modifying existing bookings, canceling flights, and processing related transactions.
- Payment Processing: Manage cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment. Calculate fares, make change, and balance daily transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Baggage Services: Check in baggage, process freight shipments, and assist customers with baggage-related inquiries. Handle issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged luggage with empathy and efficiency.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complaints, grievances, and complex issues that customers may encounter. This includes handling situations arising from oversells, delayed or cancelled services, and other service disruptions.
- Information Provision: Provide current and accurate fare information, schedule details, reservation data, and arrival/departure information. Answer general inquiries from customers and visitors professionally.
- Documentation: Complete required forms, reports, and documentation as mandated by the organization. Write abnormality and grievance reports as needed, ensuring all records are accurate and submitted on time.
- Communication: Communicate effectively via telephone, face-to-face interactions, and public address systems. Maintain clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to ensure organizational success. Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Complete required training programs with a minimum passing score of 80% or higher.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Preferred: Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or retail industries
- Preferred: Experience in remote or home-based work environments
