As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems, databases, or spreadsheets using PC software
  • Reviewing and confirming the accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure data integrity
  • Updating and maintaining current data as necessary, including making corrections and updates
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all data entries, changes, and transactions
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in current data
  • Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Categorizing and labeling data according to established standards or guidelines
  • Generating reports and summaries from data entries as requested by supervisors or team leads
  • Following data protection and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information
  • Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments as needed
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges associated with data access and data management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to data handling and privacy
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance the performance and accuracy of data access duties

  • 2+ years of working experience in the data entry field

  • Ability to quickly and accurately enter large volumes of data
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate data entry
  • Basic PC skills, including familiarity with operating systems and software applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues associated with data entry equipment
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in roles that involve collaboration with team members
