What You'll Do

Compensation and Earnings Potential

- Competitive Pay Rate: Earn up to $15 per hour for your expertise and contributions.
- Guaranteed Minimums: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 37 minutes of pay for each hour logged in and available for the full 60 minutes, ensuring you're compensated for your time and availability.

Schedule and Availability

- Flexible Hours: You have the freedom to select your own working hours. Simply log in when it's convenient for you and serve our customers during your chosen shifts.
- Client Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- Availability Considerations: Please note that evening hours (after 6 PM) and all Sunday hours are limited. If you have availability during these times, you may have additional opportunities to pick up shifts.
- Weekly Commitment: Contract hours range from 15 to 40 hours per week, giving you the flexibility to choose a workload that aligns with your availability and goals.

Technology Requirements
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively, you'll need to meet the following technology specifications:
- Personal Computer: A desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not accepted).
- Internet Connection: Broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. A wired internet connection (Cable, Fiber Optic, or DSL) is required—Wi-Fi or mobile internet connections are not accepted.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11.
- Headset: A wired USB headset with a microphone. Gaming headsets are not accepted.
- Mac Users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.

Important Information
- Location: Contractors must live in and work from the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applicants from California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington at this time.
- Background Check: All contractors must successfully pass a background check to represent our client.
- Licensing Restriction: We cannot accept licensed insurance agents for this opportunity due to potential conflicts of interest.
- Language Requirement: Fluent English language skills are required.
The Independent Contractor Relationship
It's important to understand that the relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual one. As an independent contractor, you will remain self-employed for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will not be entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
