As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that showcases arenaflex's commitment to customer trust.   • Providing content recommendations to internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Define and maintain the bar for external-facing content to communicate key messages about arenaflex's commitment to customer trust
  • Help program leaders and the CTXR team with copywriting, including drafting and editing business documents and presentations
  • Develop a content guide in collaboration with client trust group program leaders
  • Lead content audits with senior management and client trust group program leaders
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and business groups to develop content for external partners to ensure alignment with real-world insights
  • Develop and create new client trust content (blog posts, newsletters, stories, press releases)
  • Act as a speechwriter to senior leaders, including developing and delivering convincing, executive-level presentation materials (slides, ideas, scripts, talking points, and customer stories)
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • 4+ years of experience in communications or news coverage
  • Experience in corporate communications, marketing, or external affairs roles
  • Knowledge of and comfort with AP style writing
  • Experience writing web or blog content, including using CMS tools
  • Intensive understanding of writing for a specific audience and integrating rules for brand voice
  • Solid content creation and editing foundation
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • Four-year college degree in English, technical writing, or a related field (or equivalent professional training)
  • Experience working as part of a global team with remote partners
