• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Drives complex self-service data integration projects that combine data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users like data analysts, experts, and informed clients.
• Drives cross-functional teams to apply advanced data integration philosophies and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used in various, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Drives communication with senior leaders across multiple and simultaneous projects
• Drives definition and communication of solutions and decisions.
• Serves as an informed authority for data resources and monitors the ongoing effectiveness of data resources being used by business users in self-service conditions
• Upholds the ongoing advancement of the arenaflex data science center and community.
• May perform other work duties as assigned by Representative's Chiefs.

• *Information, Skills, and Competencies:**

• Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches.
• Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and measurement methods for a business issue.
• Transitional knowledge of acquiring and consuming data in both social and non-SQL datasets.
• Intermediate knowledge in coordinating, storing, and handling large amounts of data necessary for analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in at least one data programming language and open-source tools
• Proficient in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool
• Proficient in technology platforms and models relevant to creating and maintaining self-service data resources.
• Talented in decisive reasoning and project management skills
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner complex areas of strength and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt well to different circumstances and change approaches/philosophy if necessary to actually and effectively meet goals.
