• Screen and triage bugs in our web and cloud applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

• Work with our development teams to identify and prioritize bugs, and to develop and implement fixes

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our codebase
• Collaborate with our product management team to identify and prioritize features and bugs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
