As an Experienced Full Stack Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients
  • Negotiating and closing deals, including managing contracts and agreements
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including competitor analysis and market research
  • *What You'll Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the travel industry
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • A strong understanding of the travel industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality
