What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Digital Operations Client Services Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to drive revenue, delight clients, and maintain our reputation for excellence. Here's what you can expect:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop one Digital Operations Client Services manager, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as they assist assigned sales representatives and their clients through all phases of the campaign lifecycle—from planning and setup to optimization, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Revenue Optimization: Take ownership of delivering successful media plans that maximize revenue potential while ensuring client objectives are exceeded. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive results.
  • Campaign Management Excellence: Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, performance reporting, and invoicing across display, video, and connected TV (CTV) environments.
  • Client Escalation Point: Serve as the primary escalation contact for complex challenges related to inventory, advertising products, or campaign issues. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving intricate technical and operational issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking and reconciliation. Partner with our global Ad Platforms support team to investigate and resolve ad delivery, quality, and technical issues.
  • Process Innovation: Ideate, execute, review, and continuously improve operational processes that drive quality, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
  • Revenue Intelligence: Analyze digital inventory utilization and performance to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield and unlock new opportunities.
  • Talent Development: Manage, coach, and develop team talent, including training new hires and building a high-performing team culture.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain internal documentation that clearly explains processes, workflows, and best practices for the team.
  • Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA and serve as a local center of excellence for other offices, sharing knowledge and driving consistency.
  • Technology Advancement: Maintain arenaflex's advertising technology stack and strategy while staying current with industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Test potential advertising technology vendor integrations and provide valuable feedback during contract negotiations.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

We need a candidate who brings extensive experience and deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem. Here's what we require:


  • Educational Background: Graduate-level degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either on the publisher/agency side or within advertising technology companies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven team management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Process Excellence: Strong expertise in defining, documenting, and optimizing processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Campaign Management Proficiency: Highly skilled in planning, trafficking, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns for display and video across websites, mobile apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Demonstrated ability to launch campaigns, generate accurate and actionable insights, and optimize performance to achieve client goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, the technologies that power it, and key players in the ecosystem.
  • Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with general data protection and privacy requirements related to digital advertising, including GDPR and related regulations.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable representing the organization at external gatherings, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Platform Expertise: Essential skills with media buying and campaign management systems (such as Google Ad Manager), ad server platforms (such as DV360), and management of creative assets and tracking pixels to support and lead your team effectively.
  • Activation Knowledge: Understanding of ad activation for digital campaigns and related technical requirements.

  • Experience working with major media or entertainment brands is highly desirable
