Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Data Science Manager to lead our Notification Systems team within the arenaflex ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing a high-performing group of data scientists who are tasked with optimizing our unified notification platform across multiple channels including push notifications, badging, email, SMS, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the strategy that ensures our users receive the right notification, at the right time, with the right content.

• Unified Notifications Platform Oversight: Assume full accountability for the centralized delivery and ranking of arenaflex notifications across all channels. Your team will focus on maximizing notification quality to drive sustainable long-term user engagement while maintaining respect for user attention and preferences.
• Strategic Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B tests and causal inference studies to validate product hypotheses. You will establish experimentation best practices and ensure statistical validity across all testing initiatives.
• Opportunity Identification: Lead comprehensive analysis efforts to discover new opportunities for driving consistent value to users through improvements in notification relevance, timing, and content viability. Your insights will directly shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing data science and analytics teams, including experience overseeing team managers.
