As a Senior Analyst in our Worldwide Funding group, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our consumer financing programs. You'll be at the intersection of marketing, operations, and finance, working across multiple regions to ensure our funding solutions deliver exceptional value to customers while driving profitable growth for arenaflex. What You'll Do

As a key member of the Worldwide Funding team, you will be responsible for driving the success of arenaflex's consumer financing initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact both new customer acquisition and customer retention, making this role essential to our overall business strategy.

Strategic Marketing & Program Development

• Lead and execute the marketing strategy for arenaflex's consumer funding products, focusing on driving both new customer acquisition and encouraging repeat business from existing customers


• Develop and implement innovative campaigns that showcase the value of our financing options to consumers, working closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging resonates across all touchpoints


• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for program enhancement and differentiation


• Create compelling narratives that communicate the benefits of our financing solutions to various stakeholder audiences

Business Operations & Performance Management

• Direct the day-to-day business operations of our funding programs, including payment processing, settlement issues, and customer service escalations


• Liaise with internal partners across Finance, Fraud, Order Processing, and Sales & Operations teams to drive timely and effective resolution of operational challenges


• Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and anomalies that require attention or intervention


• Respond quickly and decisively to deviations from planned outcomes, implementing corrective actions as needed


• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and program performance for continuous improvement

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze program performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement


• Build robust analytical frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI


• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making


• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into program health


• Comfortable reaching conclusions from imperfect data and making recommendations based on available information

Partnership Management

• Support strategic relationships with third-party partners in the funding ecosystem to maximize business opportunities


• Negotiate terms and conditions that balance customer value with profitability


• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to ensure alignment with arenaflex objectives


• Identify partnership expansion opportunities and new vendor relationships that could enhance our offerings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with functional leads in Product, Engineering, and Analysis to drive initiatives that improve the customer experience while driving profitable growth


• Influence and guide cross-functional projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives


• Ensure initiatives are launched on time, meet quality standards, and achieve key performance targets


• Work effectively with colleagues across different departments, time zones, and levels of the organization


• Serve as the subject matter expert for funding programs, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders

Industry Awareness & Innovation

• Maintain industry expertise and stay current with market and competitive trends


• Identify opportunities arising from market developments and emerging consumer financing trends


• Proactively recommend innovations that can differentiate arenaflex in the marketplace


• Share industry insights with leadership to inform strategic planning

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field


• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, business strategy, startup/tech, and/or finance


• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use data from a variety of sources to tell a compelling story, tailor communication style based on the audience, and influence others


• Analytical Capabilities: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the comfort level to dive deep into data and extract meaningful insights


• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving environment


• Decision-Making: Comfort reaching conclusions from data and making recommendations based on imperfect information


• Ownership Mindset: Ability to own and execute on solutions to complex issues independently

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL/Big Query, or other analytical tools
