• **Website Maintenance**: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience, providing a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
• **Sage Software (MAS)**: Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into the website, streamlining our operations and improving efficiency.
• **BigCommerce Management**: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience for customers.
• **Collaboration**: Work with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure accurate and effective online content, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
