  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Assistant/Order Blaster at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Formatting Excel orders as needed to meet business requirements
  • Setting up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure seamless data entry
  • Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and productivity standards
  • Executing Customer Gift History lists and entering Catalog requests and address changes
  • Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met
  • Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources
  • Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of data entry experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Type 35 wpm or higher
  • Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems and software applications
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and correct errors
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, such as CRM or ERP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • *Technical Requirements**

To perform this role, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 5 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps (preferably a wired connection, not wireless)
  • A Windows 10 operating system
  • 8 Gigabytes of RAM
  • 50 GB available space on your Hard Drive
  • A USB headset with mic
  • A mouse/touchpad and keyboard
  • A cellphone or landline for DUO
  • A computer with a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 on home monitors or screens

While not required, the following technical requirements are preferred:

  • A download speed of over 100 Mbps and an upload speed of over 10 Mbps (with a wired connection, not wireless)
  • 8-32 Gigabytes of RAM
  • A Windows 10 operating system
  • A computer with a current IOS or Windows 10 OS
  • An 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU (if you bought your PC/laptop in the last 2 years, the CPU is most likely comparable to these suggestions)
  • A laptop or desktop computer (Apple or Windows)
  • A wired internet connection (not wireless)
