As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our franchisees, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent support by answering incoming calls, chats, and emails from franchisees
  • Responding to franchisee inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with resolving problems related to our proprietary software
  • Asking probing questions to better understand the issue at hand and providing accurate, efficient solutions
  • Communicating clear expectations to franchisees regarding issue resolution timelines
  • Using screen-sharing software when necessary to diagnose and resolve technical or software issues
  • Serving as a liaison between franchisees and other departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly
  • Identifying recurring challenges and communicating these to the management team to drive process improvements
  • Offering training and support on proprietary tools and assisting with general software troubleshooting
  • Helping franchisees navigate questions related to third-party products and vendor recommendations
  • Collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve issues as needed
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, ordering, and generating client lists
  • Documenting key call details and maintaining accurate notes within our proprietary tools
