*Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, Payroll, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering top-notch customer support services to small businesses via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer support services via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported problems, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal teams to convey customer feedback.
Educating customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our payroll product, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system.
Contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and retention goals, striving to exceed customer expectations.

*Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of customer support experience, with 1+ year working in payroll support or implementation.
A strong understanding of payroll fundamentals at the federal, state, and local levels.
A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
