- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing phone, SMS, internal messaging, and a CRM platform to provide support for external stakeholders, including culinary partners and clients
- Monitoring and troubleshooting meal deliveries nationwide by understanding situations and finding creative solutions
- Triage inbound requests from client and vendor partners to direct information to the appropriate internal stakeholder
- Collaborating with a team to achieve performance metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Supporting Client Success, Sales, and Vendor teams to build relationships by responding to requests using empathy and de-escalation skills
- *Qualifications for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of proven performance in a customer-facing environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving shared goals
- Comfortable working with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Demonstrated real-time problem-solving skills, with a ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations
- A consistent record of achieving individual and team metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern (*possible extra hours available)
- **Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
