As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating workflow and providing leadership to a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Resolving complex client billing inquiries and problems, including handling irate client calls
- Training new employees and assisting in their orientation
- Interacting with sales representatives and account managers to address client complaints
- Providing phone coverage as needed and assisting supervisors with various responsibilities

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Previous customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
