To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
  • Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
