Position Overview: Data Entry Associate

As a valued member of our Process Management team within the group insurance sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.   • Transaction Processing: Manage and process a variety of transaction types (totaling 31 distinct categories) across multiple operational teams, including the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.

  • Policy Management: Handle critical tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiary information, and managing settlement options with absolute accuracy.

  • Referral Review: Carefully review referrals to ensure all data is properly prepared for processing, identifying any discrepancies or issues that require attention. When necessary, collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated cases efficiently.

  • Premium Administration: Assist with comprehensive premium management duties, including processing premium changes, suspending premiums as needed, and managing tax withholdings in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Platform Utilization: Utilize Salesforce as our primary transaction management platform, ensuring all work is pulled from the system and processed in a timely manner while maintaining detailed records of all activities.
