As a Customer Care Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement
  • Analyzing customer feedback from various channels, including social media, surveys, and reviews
  • Developing customer personas based on demographic data and market research
  • Providing actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three years full-time experience in research and/or planning
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including stakeholders, product managers, and designers
  • Good understanding of graphic design and web technologies, including design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

If you have:

  • A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
