  • Checking and providing pricing information for auto parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Processing orders for customers who choose to purchase, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions
  • Collecting customer information and emailing invoices to collect payments, promoting a smooth purchasing experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Calling dealers and verifying part numbers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the sales process
  • *Qualifications & Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience with auto insurance companies is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to quickly check and relay product pricing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems

  • Knowledge of auto parts is preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
