We're growing fast, and we want you to be a part of it! As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing a world-class customer experience while handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty license (we pay for your time and materials to obtain and maintain your license)
- Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or other customer contact methods
- Thoroughly and accurately documenting all customer accounts immediately following any action on an account
- Effectively using job tools and job aids to resolve customers' inquiries
- Assisting with simple certificate requests and managing email inboxes
- Effectively managing tasks, ensuring optimal service is being provided where needed
- Working toward proficiency in each of our online programs, continuously building insurance knowledge
- Creating Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for online clients
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Performing other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' customer service experience
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease
- Self-starter and able to take initiative
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure
- Ability to think strategically, prioritizing customer focus and maintaining high ethical standards
