- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via email, responding to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, and troubleshooting user issues to guide them toward resolution.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Serving as a liaison between the support and technical teams, facilitating team discussions, meetings, and hand-offs through Discord.
- Tracking and communicating user-reported bugs, feedback, and feature requests to ensure timely resolution and improvement.
- Processing improvement and documentation, creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal guides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identifying gaps in existing processes and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
- *Leadership & Team Collaboration (Preferred)**
As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives or small teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll mentor new team members and share best practices to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
