About the Customer Achievement Network (CAN) Team

The Customer Achievement Network (CAN) team at arenaflex delivers exceptional end-to-end customer care offerings to card members by presenting comprehensive solutions on credit balance refunds, reconciliation and remediation, protection services, and club rewards. Our intention is to deliver the industry's finest customer experience every day by resolving card member inquiries efficiently and effectively. Purpose of the Position

The incumbent will be responsible for processing card member account renovations, inquiries of credit balance requests, express coins, reconciliation and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market. This role involves timely handling of client requests for consumer customers within specified timeframes. The position requires suitable evaluation of credit balance refund requests through analyzing available information and toward prevention of losses to the enterprise. As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the vital link between our organization and our valued card members, ensuring their financial peace of mind and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:


  • Provide Functional Knowledge and Ongoing Support: Deliver purposeful knowledge and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle Maintenance Queries: Address maintenance-related queries including balance inquiries, statement reviews, APR calculations, and other maintenance requests with integrity and within precise timeframes.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining our customer-first ethos and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Metrics Reporting: Supply to colleagues, patrons, and shareholder metrics as per established goals and performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Identify issues through feedback and recommend adjustments in workflows, methods, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure first-class service is always provided.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines, maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence.
  • Project Support: Assist with any new projects in the directorate, contributing to organizational growth and innovation.
  • Balance Stakeholder Interests: Balance client interests with the interests of arenaflex, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document vital records and customer information accurately.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations or similar financial services environment.
  • Background: Proven track record in customer service, account management, or related financial operations roles.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in credit card operations or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred but not required).

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Primary MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors systems (training will be provided).
  • CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Basic to intermediate data analysis skills for reporting purposes.
