- *A Day in the Life**
As a Customer Relationship Manager at arenaflex, you'll be a key contributor to our Customer Relationships team, serving as the primary liaison between arenaflex and our community bank clients. Your work will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their go-to contact at arenaflex
- Conducting scheduled customer visits (3-4 times per year), either virtually or in-person, to ensure continued satisfaction and identify needs
- Consulting with customers to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and recommend tailored solutions
- Promoting awareness and adoption of new and existing arenaflex products through soft selling and authentic conversations
- Serving as a support system post-conversion and assisting with process improvements and training needs
- Managing client documentation, including call reports, issue tracking, and product utilization records
- Coordinating contract renewals and encouraging client participation in arenaflex's annual survey and conferences
- Representing arenaflex at internal and external events and staying current on industry trends and arenaflex product enhancements

To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Experience in marketing or product promotion within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
