• **Coordinating Dispatching**: Assign jobs efficiently to technicians based on availability, location, and job urgency.
• **Ensuring Top-Notch Customer Experience**: Address concerns with professionalism, provide solutions, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• **Maintaining Accurate Records**: Log customer interactions and appointments in our CRM (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required).
• **Encouraging Customer Reviews**: Follow up after completed jobs to build our reputation.
