- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, responsible for:
- Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Hosting virtual consultations via Zoom to discuss services and assess customer needs
- Mastering Excel magic to analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out each project
- Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure timely responses and conversions
- Upselling and renewing services to help customers discover additional benefits and value
- Closing deals by onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
- Staying organized by tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- *What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and appearance suitable for video consultations
- Extreme attention to detail, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care
- 3+ years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the landscaping or B2C service industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide customers towards purchasing and overcome objections
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer skills, with a strong understanding of formulas, pricing tools, and data analysis
- A designated, quiet, and professional home office setup with no interruptions, including a wired USB noise-cancelling headset and high-speed internet
- *Tech Must-Haves**
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong (above basic) proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer skills
- A desktop with multiple monitors, a wired USB noise-cancelling headset, and high-speed internet
- A designated, quiet, and professional home office setup with no interruptions
- A background check that will be paid for by arenaflex
- *When You'll Work**
As a seasonal employee, you can expect to work:
- 20-30 hours/week from June 1 – September 1
- 10-20 hours/week from September 1 – December 1
- No scheduled hours from December 1 – April 1
- 10-15 hours/week from April 1 – June 1 (2026)
