As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers through live outbound calls and inbound after-hours answering service calls. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making live outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and insights on their experiences with our clients' products or services
  • Answering inbound calls after our clients' end their day, providing support and assistance to customers as needed
  • Utilizing Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, to track and analyze customer interactions and feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborating with our clients to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • College degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, hospitality)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
