As a Full-time Remote Customer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience
- Demonstrating a keen awareness of animal handling and welfare, adhering to best practices at all times
- Performing cashiering duties, balancing the cash register, and managing stock and prices
- Executing tasks that aid in achieving the store's assigned sales goal
- Properly managing the stock and prices of goods, ensuring smooth store operations
- Heeding established operational guidelines and store regulations, ensuring adherence to designated procedures
- Evaluating guest inquiries and referring them to the appropriate staff member
- Conducting hourly animal health checks and recording their wellness

- Employing suggestive selling techniques to boost individual sales
