- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers understand the benefits of arenaflex Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions, and architectures to solve their business challenges. You'll engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, provide expert guidance on cloud infrastructure engineering, and collaborate with our product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to arenaflex Cloud products.
- *Responsibilities**
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Manage the technical relationship with arenaflex customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
- Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
- Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environment(s), provide recommendations on a roadmap for application modernization.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on arenaflex Cloud.
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with virtualization and/or containerization platforms.
- Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
- Experience with security controls (I.e., encryption, identity management and access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing).
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools.
- Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks.

- Competitive base salary range: $142,000-$214,000 (bonus, equity, and benefits included).
