As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Receiving and Managing Bid Requests: Manage incoming bid requests from customers via phone call and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

- Coordinating Out of Territory Quotes: Work with outside offices to coordinate and manage quotes for out-of-territory requests.
- Booking Purchase Orders: Process and book purchase orders received from customers efficiently.
- Sending Quotes: Ensure all customer quotes are sent out promptly on bid day.
- Customer Support: Answer customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.
