As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Handling Incoming Calls**: Respond to approximately 75 to 100 calls per day from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • **Developing Industry Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
