  • **Minimum 2 Years Experience**: In a customer service-related position where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred.
  • **Basic Mathematical Aptitude**: Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • **Technical Aptitude**: Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.
  • **Basic Understanding of Life Insurance**: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
  • **Education**: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
  • **Internet Requirements**: Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN.
