  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex's customer care standards, policies, and procedures
  • *Essential Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A business-level or above proficiency in English language
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
