  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer & Membership Data Management Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our membership services. This is a part-time position, with two available shifts: 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm, and 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 11:30am-6:30pm.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, parents, and community stakeholders
  • Manage membership data, including registration applications, payments, and filing
  • Monitor and manage the flow of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the building, ensuring safety at all times
  • Answer and route calls, respond to emails, and provide support to members and parents
  • Develop and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process
  • Create and provide communication materials to parents, schools, and community members/organizations
  • Type correspondence and spreadsheets, maintain accurate computer records, and generate reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • *Requirements**
  • 21 years or older
  • College or degree (Associates/BA) preferred
  • Experience working with children, Boys & Girls Club experience a plus
  • Education background in computer and internet systems, data entry, or other related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work with young people and parents
  • Must possess necessary skills to properly instruct and guide youth
  • Must be able to take initiative, be creative, resourceful, and motivated
  • Ability to perform gross and fine motor activities required for typing, writing, and simple manipulations
  • Visual acuity for accurate reading, typing, filing, and use of computer screen
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace and handle frequent interruptions and changes in plans or deadlines
  • Hearing is needed for business-related phone communications, public broadcasts, and answering incoming calls
  • Ability to lift and carry 15 to 50 lbs office supplies, audio equipment, and other items needed for special events
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bilingual Spanish a must
  • Experience with web-based database management
  • Familiarity with Vision Member Tracking software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
