As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive assistance to callers with inquiries related to their employer's benefit programs, including:
  • + Answering questions about benefit designs, eligibility, and enrollment processes+ Helping members file claims, set up direct deposits, and issue new vendor cards+ Updating and maintaining member demographic information across internal and external systems+ Capturing and advising on plan elections, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits fully+ Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents to ensure a seamless benefits experience
  • Acting as a liaison for escalated issues, working closely with Account Managers to resolve complex inquiries
  • Managing a high volume of calls, employing de-escalation tactics and striving for first-call resolution
  • Maintaining detailed call logs to ensure thorough follow-up and resolution of member inquiries
  • Participating in outreach campaigns, fostering strong relationships with our clients and their employees

  • Experience with office equipment and technologies (fax, copier, postage machines)
  • The capability to manage high call volumes, especially during peak times, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
