As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive assistance to callers with inquiries related to their employer's benefit programs, including: + Answering questions about benefit designs, eligibility, and enrollment processes+ Helping members file claims, set up direct deposits, and issue new vendor cards+ Updating and maintaining member demographic information across internal and external systems+ Capturing and advising on plan elections, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits fully+ Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents to ensure a seamless benefits experience
