We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other pharmacy-related tasks. Your expertise in data entry, healthcare operations, and customer service will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• *Responsibilities**

• Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other pharmacy-related tasks using our proprietary software systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of these changes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, promoting arenaflex services and building trust in our brand
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Patient Experience
+ Draw in patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services+ Settle patient issues as quickly as possible and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience+ Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience
• Tasks
+ Advice patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical suppliers as necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service is achieved+ Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management+ Survey, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required by responsibility+ Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, organization policies, and standards
• Individuals and Performance Management
+ Help the Pharmacy Director with staff hiring and training+ Build the Pharmacy Director's course in staff performance by training, and providing productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development
• Preparing and Self-awareness
+ Keep current information and required permitting/credentialing/verification as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance+ Keep current information and skills connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, organization publications, and communications+ Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the Organization

• *Essential Capabilities**

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current pharmacy technician licensure in the states within the region
• Experience performing prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
• Immunization certification or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire

• *Preferred Capabilities**

• At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
