- 1 year of experience in a call center environment, customer service, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and providers.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and other shared systems and platforms.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the ability to use multiple computer applications simultaneously.
