As a Product Manager on our InHome team, you'll be responsible for leading the client experience and operations strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring that our products and services meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement a product strategy for the InHome client experience, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive innovation and improvement in the client experience
  • Analyze data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development
  • Lead client research and translate customer needs into business opportunities and product requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional support
  • Launch new features and products on time, with a high level of quality, including testing and QA

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, design, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in product planning for client experience, from conception to launch
  • Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
