Position Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our Cloud AI Infrastructure team. In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, helping them identify and capitalize on large-scale AI opportunities that leverage AI-optimized infrastructure. You will be instrumental in guiding clients to integrate accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by assisting with benchmark evaluations for existing models, discovering opportunities to apply accelerators for new use cases, developing strategic migration paths, and supporting research initiatives to optimize performance.


This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence, collaborating closely with internal Cloud AI teams to eliminate roadblocks and shape future services that will impact businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Customer Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to our top enterprise customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their comprehensive cloud strategy. Recommend migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that leverage arenaflex Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure.

  • Technical Demonstration & Differentiation: Demonstrate how arenaflex Cloud differentiates from competitors by highlighting the power of accelerators. Work directly with clients on proof-of-concept implementations, showcasing capabilities, optimizing model performance, conducting profiling sessions, and running comprehensive benchmarks.

  • Enablement & Scalability: Build repeatable assets, tools, and documentation that enable other customers and internal teams to successfully implement AI solutions. Create best practices guides, technical whitepapers, and implementation frameworks.

  • Strategic Influence: Influence arenaflex Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for enterprise client requirements. Provide feedback from customer interactions to product development teams to help shape future service offerings.

  • Client Engagement: Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to build relationships, deliver workshops, and provide hands-on technical guidance. Represent arenaflex at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams, sales professionals, and product managers to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementation outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management

  • Proven experience building, operationalizing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments

  • Demonstrated experience delivering technical presentations and leading detailed discovery and planning sessions with customers, including defining scope and success criteria

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications



  • Extensive experience training and fine-tuning large-scale models across various modalities (image, language, segmentation, recommendation systems, genomics) using hardware accelerators

  • Hands-on experience with MLPerf benchmarks and standardized AI performance evaluation methodologies

  • Proficiency with performance profiling tools including TensorFlow Profiler, PyTorch Profiler, and TensorBoard

  • Deep expertise in distributed training architectures and optimizing performance while managing infrastructure costs

  • Experience designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms specifically for enterprise AI use cases

  • Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior business leaders, influencing strategic decisions through technical expertise and business acumen

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and MLOps practices

  • Knowledge of emerging AI frameworks and their deployment requirements
