WBM Technologies is a company passionate about technology and committed to community engagement. They are seeking a Deskside Technician to provide onsite and remote support to clients, focusing on resolving incidents and service requests in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Collects, comprehends, and applies knowledge gathered from experience
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to manage difficult and/or emotional customer service situations
  • Speaks and writes in clear and persuasive language in positive or negative situations
  • Desire to help build, and be part of, a close-knit team
  • Amazingly strong organizational skills and completes administrative tasks thoroughly and on time, while following organizational best practices
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities efficiently
  • Takes pride in being at work and ready for work on time and arriving at customer sites on time
  • Follows instructions and procedures and responds to management direction positively

  • Ability Write in both French and English
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of previous Deskside experience
  • Good communication, time management and mathematical skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Attention to detail and documentation – you take pride in your work
  • Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer related peripherals
  • Clean criminal record and driving abstract
